Beef Stroganoff is a popular comfort food in America, but Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish. This rich and hearty dish is usually made with sour cream, but my paleo version is made with coconut cream, rich buttery beef and baby bella mushrooms.  Served over cauliflower mash Yum!
