New menu's are posted to my website twice per week.  I post a menu on Tuesday for Thursday delivery and Friday for Sunday delivery.  

I always send an updated email and Facebook post before each new menu so follow me on Facebook or send me an email and I will add you to the Belkis Bites customer list.
